Stealing pens, spilling queso and other convention blunders
Emerging journalists can feel intimidated when they attend a big conference like this week’s gathering of about 2,000 industry professionals in San Antonio.
But journalists are human, and they make mistakes — some have been doing it at the convention.
The Latino Reporter asked journalists and other attendees at the 2019 Excellence in Journalism conference to share a time in which they have embarrassed themselves.
Maybe that will make them more approachable to their less experienced peers.
