After El Paso shooting, Texans seem divided over looser gun laws
The shooting death of 22 people inside an El Paso Walmart devastated communities across Texas.
The Latino Reporter asked people strolling along San Antonio’s River Walk to comment on recent policy changes that make it easier to wield a firearm in the state, which already has some of the loosest gun laws in the nation.
